Due to the handmade nature of my products, I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it and include clear photos.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact me – I’ll work with the shipping company to resolve the issue and make sure you're taken care of.
